Guy Wilks is being supported by Skoda UK for Rally Scotland:

I wonder if there is a chance they could extend their deal into 2010, similar to Peugeot UK/Kris Meeke?...

VSF drive goes to Adam Gould. Best of a mediocre lot really.

I've seen Adam a few times now and he's always impressed me by how hard he is trying. He has had a few accidents so wish him and Seb the best of luck with this opportunity they have been given

If the world didn't suck, we'd all fall off!

That means an extra S2000, which is good! Hope to see some firework, so it will not be an easy walk from Meeke!

Gould is not on the same radar screen as Wilks, Meeke, and its not even best of the rest, as McShea etc, would have undoubtable been quicker drivers. It will be a real eye-opener for any young driver, they will be miles off the pace. The trick is to learn form it.

He did, on his website - "With a desire to achieve ultimate professionalism; talent, ambition, hard work and determination continue to drive Adam towards his ultimate goal – becoming Britain’s next World Rally Champion."

I can't see that happening after this season's performance but maybe other's see it.

Entry is due out today, no?

To be fair there is a bit of difference between having an "ultimate goal", and stating HE WILL BE....

Doubt he will though

Nothing wrong with being ambitious...

Wonder when the entrance list will be released.
